• Orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2-9 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

When do Pre-orders ship?

• The estimated shipping date is noted on the product page. This date is an estimate and subject to change without notice. Please monitor the website "Pre-order Update" page for the most recent updates.  If you purchased In-Stock items along with Pre-Order items, your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. We will not split ship your order.
  

What if my order is lost or stolen?

• Happy Mile Style cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking systems show that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim to report your lost shipment.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

• We do not ship to PO Boxes

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Sezzle, Shop Pay & PayPal. 

Can I cancel my order? 

Orders begin processing right away and cannot be canceled or changed once submitted. Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping, quantities ordered, or sizes of clothing are correct. We are not able to add or remove items, or update the shipping address after the order is confirmed.

Are there limits to order quantities?

We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Products may be limited per order, per person or household, or to orders that use the same credit card, billing and/or shipping address, or share any other order attribute.

Orders found to exceed the limit placed on an item may be canceled after the order is placed. If an order is canceled, a pending charge may appear on your statement, which will reverse within 3-7 business days, however this timeframe can vary depending on the financial institution.

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to how quickly items sell out, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the items you no longer want to keep, and make a new purchase from our site.
