We've elevated this classic, pleated-hem skirt to include glow-in-the-dark details and embroidery. This black skirt is covered in white polka dots that glow in the dark. On the front of the skirt, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse pumpkin "mylar foil" balloons make a frighteningly fun appearance, and their facial features glow in the dark. The white Mickey Mouse balloon above them, also glows in the dark. The embroidered strings carry around to the back to spell out "Boo" in a lovely cursive design. This skirt is made of stretch sateen (98% cotton/2% elastane) and hits just at the knee on most. It features a sturdy zipper closure and has side pockets as well.

Each skirt comes with a matching Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse "mylar foil" pumpkin balloons enamel pin, which is approximately 1.5 inches tall. This pin is only available with this collection.
