Pre-order Policy
What is a pre-order?
An order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.
When do I pay for my pre-order?
Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. We offer Sezzle and Shop Pay for payment installations.
When will my pre-order ship?
We ship out pre-orders as soon as the product arrives. Please note, your order will ship when all items are in hand. We will not ship items from one order separately. Check out our Preorder Update Page for the most recent shipping information.
Can I order in-stock items with my pre-order?
Please note that if you combine in-stock items with pre-order items, your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. We will not split ship your order.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Cancelled pre-orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The 10% cancellation fee is calculated on the total including discounts/rewards, Happy Points, shipping & taxes.
If you would prefer credit, we can issue you an E-Gift Card for the full amount of the purchase.
All Rewards used will be refunded in the form of Happy Points.
Are there limited quantities on pre-orders?
To provide our customers the best opportunity to purchase their favorite items we reserve the right to limit quantities.
The quantity limits are posted on each product listing on the website. Loungefly items are limited to 2 per item per person.
Products may be limited per order, per person or household, or to orders that use the same credit card, billing and/or shipping address, or share any other order attribute.
Orders found to exceed the limit placed on an item will be canceled after the order is placed. If an order is canceled, a pending charge may appear on your statement, which will reverse within 3-7 business days, however this timeframe can vary depending on the financial institution
Using multiple email addresses, manipulating shipping addresses, place multiple, excessive orders of the same product, or try and bypass our product limits in any other way will have all orders canceled and/or be blocked from making future purchases.
Will preorders restock if they sell out?
Items sold during pre-order are limited in quantities and most likely will not restock.
