Preorder FAQs

We know how hard it is to wait for orders, it's so exciting to open new packages when they arrive! The Global shipping crisis has been a challenge for all of us and we thank you for your continued patience. Here are answers to some of the questions you may have.

What is causing shipping delays?

While we don't have all of the answers yet, we do know that due to the pandemic there has been a rise in product demands, staff shortages and long queues of cargo ships off U.S. coastlines.

Why is it that Loungefly just released an item on their site, but small shops still don't have it?

Loungefly does not offer preorders. When product arrives at the Loungefly warehouse, they have the ability to add them to the official Loungefly website immediately. As they receive the inventory, employees begin to process the orders for small shops. It can take about 2-3 weeks for the inventory to arrive at the small retailers facility.

Why have some small shops received preorder items before others?

There are several reasons this could happen but it is primarily based on order quantities. Sometimes Loungefly receives a partial batch of a sku and will ship what they have available to small shops. Hold tight because if one small shop has received preorders, we will soon!

How long is your processing time?

As soon as inventory arrives at our facility, we process and ship orders within 48 hours.

One of the items in my order is in stock, why hasn't shipped yet?

Orders will be held until all items ordered are in stock. If you would like to pay for shipping to ship items separately, please email info@happymilestyle.com

When will my order ship?

If you have ordered in stock items separately from preorders, your order will ship within 72 hours. If you are waiting on preorder items, please check the preorder update page. If there is no update, then items are still in transit to the Loungefly warehouse and an ETA has not yet been established.

Where can I get preorder updates?

Make sure to follow our Facebook and Instagram. We post "arriving soon" announcements there. We also have a preorder update page on our website. As soon as we receive the word from Loungefly that our order is processing, we update the page.

What does "arriving soon" mean?

When you see this listed on our preorder update page and social media, that means we have spoken with the Loungefly warehouse and they have began processing our order. Please keep in mind that they are gathering orders for many other shops as well and this can take up to 10 days. It will then take approximately 6 business days for inventory to arrive at our facility once Loungefly has shipped it.
